These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.

Products

All products sold on rewound.ch are made-to-order using print-on-demand production partners.

Because products are individually produced, slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing & Currency

Prices may be displayed in CHF, EUR, or USD depending on customer location and settings.

Prices do not include possible customs duties, import taxes, or local charges outside Switzerland. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and may include:

Klarna
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Link by Stripe
Amazon Pay

We do not store full payment information on our servers.

Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Typical production and shipping times are between 5–12 business days depending on destination and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because products are custom-made specifically for the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

We accept returns or replacements for:

damaged items
defective products
incorrect items received
significant production errors
one-time sizing exchanges (subject to availability)

We do not accept returns for:

buyer’s remorse
incorrect size selections after exchange
slight color differences due to screen settings
normal wear and tear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, branding, logos, text, and visual content on rewound.ch are the intellectual property of REWOUND unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REWOUND shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Jurisdiction shall be the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
